Client Responsibilities and Ownership:
- Client Content: Clients retain full ownership of their content and are free to use it for other projects. Ribbon Ready does not claim ownership of any client-provided materials or content.
- Website Hosting: The website design includes one year of web hosting. After one year, clients will be responsible for renewing the hosting at the domain host's standard rate.
- Website Editing: Once the website is delivered, Ribbon Ready will not provide further editing or updates. Clients will be provided with instructions on how to update the website themselves, or the domain name can be transferred to a new site after one year of web hosting.
- Social Channels: Social channels set up and populated by Ribbon Ready are the responsibility of the client after delivery. Ribbon Ready does not assume ongoing management or liability for the client's social media accounts.
